Polymer assisted Greaton with the ‘topping out’ of the company’s landmark project, Oxford Central in Epping, managing the on-site case study videography throughout the exclusive event.

To celebrate the ‘topping out’, representatives from Greaton, Ceerose, CBRE and other project consultants gathered at the apex of the Vista tower, with panoramic views to the Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Chatswood and the Blue Mountains.

Designed by international award-winning architects Marchese Partners, the project’s 700 potential new residents will have access to an open-air café area and public plaza, surrounded by retained heritage aspects.

Incorporating 251 premium apartments across two 17-storey towers, the project’s connectivity to public transport is thought to be a key factor for many buyers. The project has now sold out.
