An official ‘topping out’ ceremony in May has marked a key milestone at CWG Development’s Stellar project in the north-western Sydney suburb of Ryde.

A boutique $80 million development of 96 apartments and two commercial lots, Stellar is located on the corner of Devlin Street (Ryde Road) and Victoria Road – a significant parcel of land offering exceptional views over the Parramatta River towards the Sydney CBD. Polymer was honoured to be appointed to manage both media engagement and the exclusive topping out event, which was hosted by CWG’s CEO, Dr Ying Rao and Rouad El Ayoubi, Director of builders APG, with guests including City of Ryde Deputy Mayor Clr Simon Zhou. The milestone represents the fifth project topped out by CWG since the company’s establishment in 2014.
