Omnia, the new icon of Sydney’s Potts Point, has received a major tick of approval, winning the coveted High-Rise City Apartment Development category at the Urban Taskforce’s Development Excellence Awards 2019.

Polymer was thrilled to see our client Greenland Australia’s striking architectural landmark Omnia recognised for design excellence at the recent Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Awards 2019. Officially opened by The Lord Mayor of Sydney, Clover Moore, in a ceremony late last year, the $320 million, 20-storey Omnia building was a worthy recipient of the prestigious High-Rise City Apartment Development award, with the accolade reconfirming the project’s quality and the savvy purchasing decisions of city-focussed buyers. Polymer was proud to compile the award-winning submission on behalf the Greenland Australia team and is celebrating a fantastic outcome for a highly-deserving project.

As well as managing the grand opening ceremony, Polymer secured extensive print and online media coverage for the event.
