Epping’s largest urban renewal project gets underway at The Langston

Cbus Property has marked the official commencement of construction at their triple-tower project in north-west Sydney, The Langston, with a ‘sod turning’ ceremony.

Polymer client Cbus Property celebrated progression to the next phase of development at their Epping project, The Langston, in June at a milestone event attended by special guests including City of Parramatta Lord Mayor, Councillor Andrew Wilson, as well as building contractors Hutchinson Builders, project architects Architectus, landscape architects Arcadia and Epping community groups. Polymer was delighted to organise and host the ceremony, which followed the completion of demolition at the former Westpac Credit Card Services building, between Langston Place and Chambers Court. Hutchinson Builders has progressed strongly with site works since the start of 2019, with The Langston’s first tower expected to take just over two years and completion targeted for Q3 2021.
