Polymer was on hand for the official public launch of the much-anticipated food and beverage precinct in Liverpool, securing primetime TV coverage through Channel 7.

Held on Saturday 10 August, the launch of The Paper Mill Food opened up the beautifully-restored heritage paper mill building for the first time, giving the public the chance to see the transformed space within Coronation Property’s 882-apartment urban renewal project, The Paper Mill. Set to become Western Sydney’s newest food precinct, the building has undergone a dramatic transformation, led by hospitality interior architects DS17, with bespoke timber joinery, marble and custom cast-iron sculpting reflecting the site’s historical significance. Polymer assisted with media engagement for the launch, culminating in national news coverage across print and online media, including Channel 7’s evening broadcast.
