Congratulations to our client, Roberts Co, for commencing construction on their first hotel project, the Moxy Sydney Airport. A joint venture between RF Corval and KS Hotels & Resorts, the $140M project is set to be the first @moxyhotels to open in Australia for Marriott International. It is placed to shake up the hotel market at the airport, with a design-led, fun and energetic brand.

Designed by MAED. Collective and GroupGSA, the hotel will feature 301 guest rooms across 13 storeys. It’s great to see market confidence returning to the hotels and accommodation sector after a really tough 18 months for travel and tourism.
