Last night, Polymer Director Andrew Coward was once again honoured to be part of the judging panel for one of the year’s most highly-regarded events – The Urban Developer Awards 2024.

Held at The Star on the Gold Coast, this year’s awards were the biggest ever, with a record number of high-calibre submissions from across Australia and New Zealand. As the seventh annual edition of the awards hosted by the property industry’s leading voice, The Urban Developer, the event acknowledged standout property industry performers in 23 categories – with 160 finalists in total. Andrew commented that it was a pleasure to be joined at the awards by long-time clients Realm Projects, and to see one of the projects Polymer has worked on during 2024 – Liverpool Civic Place – take home the award for Excellence in Community Engagement.
