Polymer client Greenland Australia celebrated the topping out of the second stage of its Park Sydney development in Erskineville during September, in a rooftop event attended by the project team, consultants and Greenland staff.

In conjunction with development partner, Golden Horse Australia, and builders Alliance Project Group, Greenland Australia is delivering 165 premium apartments to complement the 330 completed apartments in Park Sydney’s two Stage One buildings, Botany and Cascade. The occasion marked the structural completion of the Turner Architects-designed Arbor building, following the commencement of construction in July 2023 – with completion expected by mid-2025.
