Polymer client Clearstate is set to deliver over 1,700 much-needed homes to the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane markets, following the company’s first major capital raise since its inception in 2011.

Kandis Investments Ltd, an affiliate entity of US-based, global investment firm, Avenue Capital Group, has entered into an agreement with Clearstate to provide funding to the value of AUD$50million.

DNW Group’s Managing Director, Dean Willemsen, says the funding will help Clearstate embark on a new era of expansion.
