Buyers have started moving into their apartments at Greaton’s twin tower ‘Oxford Central’ development in north-west Sydney.

Buyers are taking up residence at Greaton’s landmark mixed-use apartment project, Oxford Central, in the north-west Sydney suburb of Epping, following its practical completion in November 2019.

Delivered by construction partner, Ceerose, the project’s twin 17-storey towers – named Centrale and Vista – feature 251 premium apartments, as well as 292 car spaces and 625sqm of ground level retail.

The project is Greaton’s first completed Sydney project, after the company’s West Franklin development in Adelaide, which features 274 apartments, also across two towers, was completed in February.

As part of a media release to announce the settlement, Polymer interviewed the first family to move in, Suresh Soppa and his wife Sudha, who were offered as case studies for media coverage. Polymer also documented the buyer’s settlement event on Saturday 26 October 2019, with professional photography and the production of a video of the fun day, which can be seen below.
