Sydney-based real estate investment firm, Wentworth Capital, has spearheaded a rare and historic new chapter in the story of Sydney’s iconic The Rocks district, with the Stage One sales launch of Long’s Lane Heritage Terraces (Long’s Lane).
Consisting of 17 residences and one commercial property dating back to as early as 1806, Long’s Lane offers the only privately-held Torrens title houses in The Rocks, with fourteen of the eighteen properties listed on the State Heritage Register.
Wentworth Capital has embarked on a sympathetic staged renovation program to update the buildings for modern family living, in keeping with the protection and preservation of their distinctive heritage.
The project has now returned Long’s Lane to its original intended use as a thriving residential community, allowing history lovers and savvy investors to purchase a unique piece of Australia’s history within one of the country’s most culturally and architecturally significant heritage precincts. Polymer has been honoured to work on this landmark project, providing media engagement and site activation services, hosting journalists and historic site tours on behalf of Wentworth Capital and sales agents Colliers Residential and McGrath Millers Point.
