Polymer had the privilege of attending the ULI Asia Pacific Summit in Hong Kong—a premier real estate forum that brought together over 500 property leaders to explore the future of the region’s built environment.
Hosted at the Regent Hong Kong, the summit featured more than 60 sessions, 12 immersive study tours, and in-depth discussions on topics such as adaptive reuse, Korea’s rental-housing evolution, Greater Bay Area planning, 20-minute cities, and the role of AI in real estate.
The event offered a unique opportunity to gain insights, exchange ideas, and strengthen connections across the Asia Pacific property community.
We extend our thanks to ULI Asia Pacific and the inspiring speakers who made the summit such a catalyst for forward-thinking dialogue. The ideas shared will continue to inform our work as we help shape better places across Australia and beyond.
