On Wednesday 19 March 2025, Polymer’s Director, Andrew Coward, moderated a wonderful panel session at the exclusive Long’s Lane Site Tour, offering Women in Property members a rare glimpse into one of Australia’s most iconic historical landmarks.
Over 50 industry leaders, heritage experts, and property professionals gathered for the event to explore one of Sydney’s most historically significant precincts. The event highlighted the meticulous conservation efforts behind Long’s Lane and the vital role women continue to play in shaping the future of the property industry.
Guests enjoyed the thought-provoking panel discussion featuring Sophie Wilson from Wentworth Capital—who kindly hosted the event in conjunction with Assembly Funds Management—Tim Greer from TZG Architects and Diana Sarcasmo from Colliers, who shared their expertise on the challenges and opportunities of revitalising and marketing these heritage-listed homes for sale. Meanwhile, Susan MacDonald shared her fascinating family connection to the precinct.
Following the discussion, guests embarked on a tour of Long’s Lane guided by Tim Greer and Anna Cossu from Museums of History NSW, gaining exclusive access to the restored heritage residences now available for sale. The event celebrated the deep sense of community that has long defined The Rocks, where generations of families lived, worked, and built their futures. Polymer is proud to have delivered the public relations and communications for Stage One of this amazing project, which included nationally syndicated editorial and a Channel 7 news story.
