On Saturday 16 August, Coronation Property officially celebrated the Grand Opening of Ashbury Terraces, a landmark new residential community in Sydney’s Inner West.

The free, family-friendly event welcomed locals to experience the newly completed terraces and apartments, with a full day of entertainment and hospitality. Guests enjoyed gourmet food trucks, coffee, live music, and dedicated kids’ activities, alongside guided tours showcasing the project’s elegant residences and resort-style amenities.

In the lead-up, we helped create community awareness thanks to 7NEWS Sydney, who ran a feature story spotlighting the project’s innovative use of bricks in its construction. This helped build excitement and recognition around the milestone while driving strong engagement on the day.

The Grand Opening not only celebrated the delivery of this much-anticipated project, but also marked an important moment for new residents preparing to call Ashbury Terraces home.
