Aqualand officially opens landmark North Sydney precinct AURA by Aqualand

Polymer client and leading Australian integrated property development group, Aqualand, has formally opened its greatly anticipated AURA by Aqualand mixed-use precinct, located at 168 Walker Street, North Sydney, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Attended by VIP guests including the Mayor of North Sydney, Zoë Baker, Aqualand Group Managing Director, Jin Lin, and Aqualand Group Executive Chairman, Warwick Smith AO, the event brought together over 100 people for the unveiling of the striking $1B Woods Bagot-designed mixed-use residential community, which soars 28 storeys above North Sydney and features 386 luxury apartments.
Project delivery partners, stakeholders, and Aqualand staff were also in attendance at the special event, which celebrated AURA as the fifth residential project delivered by Aqualand since the company’s launch in 2014, joining the company’s portfolio of other completed luxury projects, including BLUE at Lavender Bay and The REVY at Darling Island.

AURA is now set to become a North Sydney hub, with its premium apartments complemented by world-class ground-floor hospitality and retail spaces, which will be enjoyed by the local community and the development’s residents, as they commence moving into the newly completed tower.
