Aqualand launches AURA penthouses – including $500K Porsche Carreras

Polymer’s long-term, market-leading client Aqualand has once again set a new bar for the development industry, with the release of the highly anticipated signature penthouses within its landmark AURA by Aqualand project in North Sydney.

The two premium residences, which are the largest and most luxurious penthouses in the suburb, have been named Il Magnate (The Tycoon) and La Divina (The Divine) – and span 284sqm and 224sqm respectively.

Together the two Richards Stanisich-designed penthouses occupy AURA by Aqualand’s topmost 28th level, and boast sweeping Sydney Harbour panoramas as well as large-scale living spaces, refined detailing and a level of craftsmanship and amenity rarely offered in the North Shore market.

With prices anticipated to commence from $15M, each penthouse also includes the ultimate purchaser incentive – a brand-new Porsche 911 Carrera valued at over $500,000. Buyers can choose the colours inside and out of their Porsche – and either wait for them to be built or take one straight from the showroom on settlement.

The release of AURA by Aqualand’s penthouse residences mark the culmination of AURA by Aqualand’s decade-long journey and the beginning of its final sales chapter, with the two penthouses expected to push total project sales beyond the $1.15B milestone – a first for any development north of the Harbour Bridge.

As the media agency on this project, it’s also been incredibly pleasing to see the market response to the penthouse release, with significant media coverage across realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, Green Street News, and international publications The ASEAN Developer and EdgeProp Singapore.
